An Ideal Location for Growth and Change
San Clemente is famous for its beautiful views, temperate climate, and laid back atmosphere. We utilize these local resources to create atmosphere of healing and growth for all our clients.
Our Approach
Compassionate, evidence-based clinical care designed to help you make meaningful, sustainable progress in your mental health.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy
Many people find that constant screens, algorithm-driven content, and today's pressures make everyday stress harder to manage. DBT is a skills-based therapy that helps replace "quick fix" coping, like endless scrolling, food, shopping, or gaming, with skills that build resilience over time.

Mindfulness
We spend most of our time preoccupied with the future, ruminating on the past, or distracted by something that takes us out of the present. Our program integrates nature and mindfulness practices with the unique beauty of San Clemente landscapes to reduce stress, enhance focus, and promote a sense of calm and connection to the coast.

EMDR & Trauma Recovery
We provide trauma informed care at every level. In addition to clinical and peer support we offer eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) as an option when an assessment shows it is a good fit. EMDR is a specialized trauma intervention that can help people who have had little success overcoming trauma with talk therapy.

Community Building
Learning how to authentically connect with others and create a sense of belonging is one of the most important aspects of mental health. At a basic level, we are pack animals and things like fear, shame, resentment, or regret can serve to disconnect us from our support network. We work to teach our clients the skills to build an actual community in our program by addressing the factors that working to disconnect them.

Aftercare Planning
One of the most important aspects of the treatment process is figuring out what happens once a client leaves our care to ensure they carry forward with the progress they've made. Within the first week of admission, we'll begin piecing together an individualized and comprehensive aftercare and recovery plan that can be executed upon completion of the program.
